with Jonathan Horwitz & Zara Waldebäck
is humanity's oldest spiritual practice, a tradition for healing
and problem solving. It is a way of maintaining balance and harmony in the individual,
and between the individual and the rest of Creation.
We will talk about traditional methods
of singing, dancing, and drumming that are used to shift to shamanic consciousness. In this way we can touch another dimension of life where we meet spirit helpers and explore the spirit world. We can ask for knowledge, help and healing both for ourselves and
others, and we can get to know and engage with the spirit side of Nature.
Learning to work with the Spirits does not necessarily mean you become a shaman. But all humans can learn to open to the invisible power that is naturally available to us and find out how to live a more connected, aware and animate life.
