The Circle is one of the most potent forms in life. When we sit in Circle, we sit without beginning or end, without bottom or top. We sit in a way that goes all the way around and includes every place and position of the wheel.

Together with each other and with the Spirits, we will explore how to work shamanically with the Power of the Circle. How can being connected to Circles help us in everyday life? How can the Circle work as a peace-making practice and help with difficult situations? How can we bring the energy of the Circle into our jobs or other organisations to help them flow better? What does Nature want to teach us about how it works with Circles? How do the Spirits see the nature of the Circle and what do they ask of us when we sit together in this way?

The Circle of Life is about living in a round way in all we do. It is also about accepting the different seasons we go through and seeing how they all have their own gifts and challenges. When we move with the Circle of Life we can be more whole, more present, more connected and more open.

We will work with drum journeys, the talking piece, song, ceremony and Nature work to learn more about how the Circle can nourish our lives and how we can move with its healing power.

This workshop is particularly helpful for people who hold or plan to hold circles, teach courses or in any other way facilitate groups. It is also very suitable as a next step after the introduction as it focuses on a key way of living together with the Spirits.

Participants must have completed introductory course The Shaman's Journey or agreed equivalent.
